Legal and professional services

Make it easier for clients to receive your services

Clients should not have to travel to your office to start a contract review or chase a status update by phone. We build the secure digital workflows that let them instruct, pay, communicate and receive your work remotely, while your firm keeps full professional control.

Challenges

Where time and goodwill are lost

Many firms still begin simple instructions with an office visit. Documents arrive by email and messaging apps, in several versions, with no clear record of which is current. Clients call to ask about progress. Onboarding, identity and conflict checks are handled on paper. Fee notes are chased manually.

None of this reflects the quality of the advice. All of it affects how clients experience the firm.

The digital legal desk: one client journey

A properly designed workflow lets a client start and complete a contract review without visiting the office, while every professional decision stays with the firm.

  1. Select the service

The client visits the firm’s website and selects a defined service, such as contract review.

  2. Complete a structured instruction

A guided form captures the information the firm needs, in the form it needs it.

  3. Submit information securely

Relevant documents are shared through a secure, access-controlled channel, not general email.

  4. Firm completes its checks

The firm conducts identity verification, client acceptance and conflict checks under its own procedures.

  5. Confirm scope, fee and turnaround

The client receives the proposed scope, fee and expected turnaround for acceptance.

  6. Accept and pay

The client accepts the engagement and pays through an approved payment channel.

  7. Communicate remotely

Questions and consultations happen through secure messaging or scheduled video calls.

  8. Receive documents and advice

Reviewed documents and advice are delivered through a secure client portal.

  9. Track and follow up

The client tracks the status of the instruction and requests further assistance when needed.

AI-assisted administration

Document comparison, data extraction and preliminary issue flags for an advocate to review.

Our role, and the firm's We provide technology and workflow infrastructure. We do not provide legal services or legal advice. The firm remains responsible for accepting instructions, conflict checks, professional judgement, confidentiality, legal advice and its obligations to clients. Where AI assists with document comparison or administrative tasks, it supports the advocate and never replaces their judgement. Content and systems built for law firms are reviewed and approved by the firm, with regard to the Advocates (Marketing and Advertising) Rules, 2014 and its other professional obligations.

Other professional services

The same principle serves other professional firms

Accountants can request, receive and approve client documents through a secure portal instead of email. Consultants can run structured engagement intake and deliver reports with version control. Engineering consultancies can manage submissions and approvals with a clear record. Insurance intermediaries can take structured claims and renewal information remotely.

In each case, customers initiate and receive suitable services remotely, and the firm retains control, accountability and visibility.

Security

Security is part of the design

Professional firms hold some of the most sensitive information their clients have. Systems that carry it need proper access controls, encryption, audit records, secure storage and defined retention, designed in from the start and agreed with the firm.

General website forms are not a safe place for contracts, identity documents or privileged information. We keep public enquiry forms separate from secure client workflows, and we never treat a website media library as document management infrastructure.
